Meet Sarah
Registered Nurse & Certified Colon Hydrotherapist.
Based in Findhorn, Moray, Sarah combines her clinical nursing background with a holistic understanding of digestive health. She is passionate about supporting healthy digestion as the foundation for overall wellbeing, using integrative practices to provide grounded, supportive care.
A Foundation In Clinical Care
Sarah qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2008 after completing her Nursing Degree at Robert Gordon University. Over the years, she developed a deep understanding of how closely digestive health is connected to overall wellbeing. Her transition into colonic hydrotherapy was not a departure from nursing, but a natural extension of her desire to support people in a more holistic way. With a compassionate approach, Sarah combines her clinical knowledge and passion for natural health to guide clients towards better digestion.

Sarah looks beyond symptoms to understand the wider picture of your digestive health. Digestive health is influenced by many interconnected factors — lifestyle, stress levels, diet, sleep patterns, and emotional wellbeing all play a part.
Her aim is to help you feel more comfortable discussing your digestive health, and move forward with practical, supportive strategies that feel realistic and achievable.
Her approach brings together:
Clinical knowledge grounded in nursing
Holistic principles that recognise the whole person
Gentle reassurance throughout each session
Time and space to listen without rushing
Appointments are never hurried, and questions are always encouraged. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to you — taking into account your personal health history, lifestyle, and unique circumstances.
Digestive concerns can feel personal and aren’t always the easiest things to talk about. Sarah understands this and creates a calm, private space where you can feel comfortable, respected, and completely at ease.
No matter your concerns, you’re welcome here exactly as you are—no judgments, just support and care.
A Holistic Approach
Supporting Digestive Health
Supporting digestive health is an important part of overall wellbeing and begins with maintaining a healthy gut. A balanced diet rich in fibre, probiotics, and prebiotics can help support digestion, nourish beneficial gut bacteria, and improve nutrient absorption.
Digestive health may also be supported through thoughtful dietary strategies, targeted supplements, and gentle cleansing practices where appropriate. When the gut is well supported, many people notice improvements in digestive comfort, energy levels, immunity, and mental clarity.
Because the gut and brain are closely connected, stress can also affect digestion. Supporting nervous system balance through practices such as breath work, relaxation, and mindful movement can help create the conditions for healthier digestion. Every person’s digestive health is unique, which is why a personalised and holistic approach is often the most effective way to support overall wellbeing.
